The guide below will assist you in topping up your broadband account. Simply log into myrsaweb.co.za and follow the steps below to get reconnected.

SuperDSL

  • From the top menu hover over connectivity and select ADSL
  • On the ADSL services page you can then search for just select the account you wish to top up and choose manage in line with the name or just click the name of the account.
  • Select top up from the tabs at the top right of the page
  • From this page you either top your account or set it to auto top up if you prefer.

Fibre to the Home

  • From the top menu hover over connectivity and select Home Fibre
  • On the Home Fibre services page you can then search for just select the account you wish to top up and choose manage in line with the name or just click the name of the account.
  • Select top up from the tabs at the top right of the page
  • From this page you either top your account or set it to auto top up if you prefer.

Mobile Broadband

  • From the top menu hover over connectivity and select Mobile broadband
  • On the Home Fibre services page you can then search for just select the account you wish to top up and choose manage in line with the name or just click the name of the account.
  • Select top up from the tabs at the top right of the page
  • From this page you either top your account or set it to auto top up if you prefer.
